Finding time to relax can be a challenge when we have a lot on our plate. Taking some time out is super important for our mental wellbeing.

Ask yourself

Ask yourself “Have I done something for myself today?” Making time to do something you enjoy is a good way to refill your tank. 

Protect your time

Block out time in your schedule that is just for you, think about this time as ‘protected’ just like you would a gym session or appointment. 

Change the scene

When we’re stuck inside all day it can impact our ability to concentrate. Try and make sure you get a change of scenery every few hours, even if it’s just a walk around the block.
